Information you enter
When you submit an enquiry, your name, email, optional phone number, selected service, and project details are processed by Cloudflare Pages Functions and sent to AIWebC through Resend. We use these details to respond to your request. Do not include passwords or sensitive information.
Service providers
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the site. On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse using network and browser signals, and your IP address is sent to Cloudflare for server-side verification. Resend processes your enquiry to deliver it to our mailbox. If you email us at [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp instead, your message is handled by our email provider or by WhatsApp (operated by Meta) under their own policies.
Analytics
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page visits and site performance. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not build profiles of individual visitors. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking tools.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set cookies. It stores a single preference in your browser’s local storage that remembers whether you turned the cursor companion on or off. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings. Cloudflare Turnstile may use its own technologies that are necessary for the security check.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are not saved to a database by this website. Each enquiry arrives as an email in our business mailbox, where we keep it, and any replies about it, for up to 90 days after we receive it.
How enquiries are deleted
Deletion is a manual process; nothing on this website deletes enquiries automatically. We regularly review the mailbox and delete enquiry emails older than 90 days, then empty the mailbox’s trash so they are removed. Our email delivery and hosting providers may keep limited delivery and security records for their own retention periods, under their own policies.
